Shipping Info

Standard Ground Shipping is FREE to the continental U.S. on all orders $75 or more.

Most items on trendswap.com are in our warehouse and will ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location. If we do not have the items you ordered in our warehouse, we will get them from one of our over 140 retail stores and ship them to you within 3-5 business days.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can take an additional 2-3 days for processing. If you order multiple items, and one of your items comes from the manufacturer, it will be shipped separately.

If for some reason we are temporarily out-of-stock, there are three options available:

You can select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.
You can wait for the item to become available (we will provide you with an estimated date).
Cancel your order.

Our preferred US Carrier is UPS. For some US destinations USPS may be used.

All orders shipped to a destination within the Continental United States or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge on orders of $75 or more. For US Domestic orders below $75 the shipping cost depends on the zip code or the city that the order is being shipped to. Please be advised of the following: For any item(s) less than $10, there will be a shipping fee applied as well even if an order's subtotal exceeds $75. The shipping fee(s) will appear while in checkout cart. All shipping cost rates are determined by the shipping location and all costs may vary upon location. Continental US/AK/HI

Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is FREE on Continental US orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75 the shipping cost is based on the zip code or the city that the order is being shipped to. To determine your shipping cost you may do so at Check Out by selecting your zip code and city.

Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Rates will be available at Check Out.

Expedite Shipping

We do offer expedite shipping for US destinations only, which may be selected as you place your order. The expedited options are for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select. All expedited orders are processed and shipped before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday. Any UPS expedited order placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. There is no weekend expedited delivery.

All shipping charges including regular UPS Ground shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
